New Delhi – Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has been honoured with the CSR Times Award 2025 in the Education category during the 12th National CSR Summit in Delhi. The award was presented by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways, in the presence of H.E. Mariano Agustin Caucino, Ambassador of Argentina, and Smt. Rekha Sharma, Rajya Sabha MP. The recognition coincided with HPCL’s 51st Foundation Day.
Transforming Aspirations in J&K Through Education
The accolade celebrates ‘Project Kashmir Super‑50 Medical’, a flagship CSR initiative in collaboration with the Indian Army. Launched in Srinagar, the initiative aims to empower meritorious youth from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh by providing free residential coaching for NEET and JEE exams, enabling them to pursue careers in medicine and engineering.
Proven Success: Results That Speak Volumes
- In NEET‑UG 2025, 181 out of 211 students qualified.
- In JEE 2025, 34 of 38 participants passed.
Kashmir’s Super‑50 centre recorded a 100% NEET pass rate; several students also cleared JEE.
Overall, the programme has delivered exceptional academic outcomes, demonstrating its ability to nurture young talent under the tagline “Naya Kashmir”
A majority of qualifiers were female students, reflecting HPCL’s focus on inclusive development and gender equity.

Year after year, its students have delivered stellar results, reinforcing its efficacy and impact.
