Bangalore: The Karnataka High Court quashes Governor order suspending KPSC Chairman in a significant judgment that highlights constitutional principles and the limits of executive power. 

The court set aside the suspension of Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) Chairman Shivashankarappa S. Sahukar and directed his reinstatement.
