Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav visited the headquarters of UAE-based sustainability company BEEAH in Sharjah on September 8, where he held discussions with Group CEO and Vice-Chairman Khaled Al Huraimel on waste management, waste-to-energy and sustainable urban development.
The meeting took place on the third day of Yadav’s visit to the UAE for the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM Congress-2026). Discussions focused on the possibility of investment and technology partnerships in municipal solid waste management, waste-to-energy, circular economy and green mobility in Madhya Pradesh.
Waste-to-Energy and Waste Management Among Key Areas
Yadav invited BEEAH to explore investment and technology partnerships with municipal bodies in Madhya Pradesh.

The discussions covered:

The Chief Minister also highlighted opportunities to expand electric vehicle-based fleets and renewable energy projects in the state.
BEEAH Facility Showcased to MP Delegation
During the visit, Yadav inspected BEEAH facilities dealing with industrial waste, sewage waste, waste reprocessing and inert material disposal. Company experts briefed him on the technologies being used at the facilities.
BEEAH has developed operations around waste management and recycling, while also working in areas including clean energy, environmental services, technology and green mobility.
Indore Waste Management Model Discussed
Yadav highlighted the waste management initiatives in Indore and proposed exploring cooperation between BEEAH and the city’s established solid-waste and bio-CNG systems.
The discussions also examined the possibility of combining BEEAH’s waste-management technologies with existing practices in Madhya Pradesh to support waste processing and reduce dependence on landfill disposal.
BEEAH Invited to Global Investors Summit 2027
Yadav invited Khalid Al Huraimel and BEEAH to participate in the Global Investors Summit (GIS)-2027, scheduled to be held in Bhopal next year.
The Chief Minister also urged the group to consider Madhya Pradesh as a potential destination for its future expansion plans.
BEEAH’s Sharjah Headquarters
The Madhya Pradesh delegation also visited BEEAH’s headquarters in Sharjah, a building designed by architect Zaha Hadid. The facility incorporates sustainability and technology-focused features.
Established as a public-private partnership in 2007, BEEAH has expanded from waste management into areas including environmental services, renewable energy, technology, healthcare and sustainable real estate.
The company has also developed waste-diversion and waste-to-energy operations in Sharjah.
The BEEAH engagement forms part of Madhya Pradesh’s broader investment outreach in the UAE, with the state seeking international partnerships in clean energy, technology, logistics and sustainable urban infrastructure.
