New Delhi: Oil India Limited (OIL), through its Rajasthan Field, organised a Vendors’ Awareness Programme for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Jodhpur on September 22, 2026. The programme was conducted as part of the Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2026 under the theme “सत्यनिष्ठा से समृद्धि – Probity for Prosperity.”
The awareness programme brought together representatives from 35 MSEs and focused on improving understanding of government procurement procedures, the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, vigilance-related aspects and business opportunities available to vendors.
Oil India’s Vendors’ Awareness Programme in Jodhpur
The programme was organised by Oil India’s Rajasthan Field to create greater awareness among MSEs about procurement processes and promote transparent and fair business practices.
Key areas covered during the programme included:
- Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal
- Government procurement procedures
- Vigilance-related aspects
- Business opportunities for MSEs
- Transparency and integrity in business practices
The participation of 35 MSE representatives provided a platform for interaction and awareness on various aspects of doing business with government organisations.

GeM Session Highlights Procurement Opportunities
A key session during the programme was conducted by Vikrant Tripathi, GeM Regional Facilitator for Rajasthan.
He explained the various features and benefits of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform and provided information on procedures related to its use.
The session aimed to help participating MSEs better understand the GeM platform and the procurement opportunities available through it.
Programme Held Under ‘Probity for Prosperity’ Theme
The programme was organised under the Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2026 theme, “सत्यनिष्ठा से समृद्धि – Probity for Prosperity.”
The campaign theme focuses on the importance of integrity and ethical practices in strengthening institutional processes and promoting transparent business transactions.The awareness programme provided an opportunity to discuss vigilance requirements and reinforce the importance of fair and transparent procurement practices among vendors.

The event was attended by senior officials from Oil India, including:
- Chief Vigilance Officer, Oil India Limited
- Executive Director (Rajasthan Field)
- CGM (P)-RF
- Senior officials from the Corporate Vigilance Department
- Other Rajasthan Field officers
The participation of officials from the corporate vigilance and Rajasthan Field teams facilitated discussions with MSE representatives on procurement and vigilance-related matters.

The strong participation from MSEs highlighted the shared focus on transparency, integrity and fair business practices.
