New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on Friday officially initiated the recruitment process for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT), a major PSU under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.

The PESB released an advertisement calling for applications from eligible and experienced professionals. Interested candidates can apply until July 24, 2025, as per the notification available on the PESB portal.

The CMD post at FACT has remained vacant since February 2, 2024, following the retirement of Kishor Rungta, who completed his five-year tenure. Since then, the position has been held on an interim basis, adding urgency to the selection of a full-time head for the state-run enterprise.
