Lucknow: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, to provide enhanced financial and social security benefits to university and college employees across the state.
The agreement was signed in Agra in the presence of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Under this partnership, around 1.25 lakh employees working in universities and colleges across Uttar Pradesh will receive benefits including insurance coverage and cashless medical facilities.
The initiative aims to improve financial protection and healthcare accessibility for employees associated with the higher education sector.
PNB and Uttar Pradesh Government Sign MoU for Higher Education Employees
Punjab National Bank and the Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Department entered into the agreement to strengthen support systems for employees of universities and colleges.
The partnership will provide various banking and social security benefits to eligible employees.
