Gurugram: RITES Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, to collaborate on comprehensive Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for logistics and rail-linked infrastructure projects across India.
The partnership aims to enhance planning, execution, and supervision of CONCOR’s infrastructure developments, ensuring faster and more efficient project delivery.
Scope of Collaboration: End-to-End Project Management Consultancy
Under the MoU, RITES will provide Project Management Consultancy services to CONCOR on a work-to-work basis, covering the entire project lifecycle—from concept to commissioning.
Key services include:
- Feasibility studies
- Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
- Engineering design and architectural planning
- Structural design and technical support
- Project supervision and construction management
- Quality assurance and monitoring
This integrated approach is designed to ensure better coordination and execution efficiency across all project stages.
