RVNL Signs MoU with Goa Govt to Execute Infrastructure Projects and Boost State Development

New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Goa to collaborate on identifying and executing key infrastructure projects in the state.

Under the agreement, RVNL will serve as the Project Executing Agency for infrastructure initiatives, bringing its expertise in planning, project management, and timely execution of large-scale development works.

The partnership is expected to accelerate Goa’s infrastructure growth by improving project implementation efficiency and strengthening cooperation between RVNL and the state government.

RVNL to Act as Project Executing Agency for Goa Infrastructure Projects

As per the MoU, RVNL will undertake the role of Project Executing Agency for various infrastructure projects in Goa.

The specific scope, terms, and conditions for individual projects will be finalised mutually by RVNL and the Government of Goa.

Through this collaboration, both parties aim to ensure smooth execution, better coordination, and timely completion of infrastructure works.

Partnership to Support Goa’s Development Plans

By leveraging RVNL’s experience in executing complex infrastructure projects, the partnership aims to improve project delivery and support faster development across the state.

RVNL Expands Role in State Infrastructure Development

The MoU highlights RVNL’s growing role in supporting state governments in implementing large-scale infrastructure projects.

The company’s expertise in project execution, engineering solutions, and infrastructure management is expected to help Goa achieve efficient and quality development outcomes.

This collaboration also reflects the increasing participation of public sector enterprises in strengthening infrastructure networks across Indian states.
