The state government is positioning the Japanese engagement around investment, technology transfer, skilled manpower, infrastructure and market access, with the broader objective of generating industrial capacity and employment.

The initiative also forms part of Uttar Pradesh’s efforts to advance Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision of building a $1 trillion state economy and strengthening the state’s position as a global investment destination.
