Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday interacted with citizens during the ‘Janata Darshan’ programme, where he heard grievances from people across the state and directed officials to ensure timely resolution of their issues.
The Chief Minister emphasized that public service is the core duty of the government and reaffirmed that the administration is committed to serving the 25 crore people of Uttar Pradesh.

CM Yogi stated that the government is working on a mission mode to resolve genuine issues faced by citizens. He instructed district officials to take immediate action on complaints and ensure that no case remains pending unnecessarily.
He also reiterated that every eligible person should receive the benefits of government welfare schemes without delay.

Emotional Moment: Woman From Bareilly Gets Relief
During the interaction, a woman named Deepti from Bareilly shared her financial struggles. She said she lives in a rented house and earns a livelihood by running a small roadside cart, but is facing difficulties in raising her children due to financial hardship.
The Chief Minister immediately directed the District Magistrate of Bareilly to provide assistance under the PM SVANidhi scheme and ensure a quick resolution of her issue.
Deeply moved by the Chief Minister’s response, the woman became emotional and expressed her gratitude before leaving.
Housing Scheme Benefits for Eligible Citizens
Several applicants raised concerns regarding housing. In response, CM Yogi assured them that the government is actively providing houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Chief Minister Awas Yojana.
He directed district authorities to verify eligibility and ensure that all deserving beneficiaries receive housing support without delay.

Healthcare and Education Support Strengthened
People also sought financial assistance for medical treatment. The Chief Minister directed officials to prepare estimates immediately and send proposals to the government, assuring that treatment costs would be supported by the state.
On education-related concerns, he instructed that no child should be forced to discontinue schooling due to financial issues. He emphasized coordination with schools to ensure uninterrupted education.

CM Yogi also reviewed cases related to illegal encroachments and police matters. He directed officials to take strict and prompt action and ensure that grievances are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
He stressed that local administration and police must prioritize public trust and deliver effective solutions on the ground.
