The Chhattisgarh government on Sunday transferred and posted 20 IAS officers, 2 IPS and 94 Chhattisgarh Administrative Service officers.
1996 batch IAS officer and Additional chief secretary (ACS) Subrat Kumar Sahoo was relieved of additional charge of ACS, Water Resource Department, and given responsibility for Public Health and Engineering Department.
IPS officer Ajay Kumar Yadav has been transferred and posted as Inspector General of Surguja range. While Vivek Shukla has been posted as DIG, law and order at PHQ.
The state government has also reshuffled 5 additional SPs. Sukhnandasingh Rathore, posted as Additional SP Gariyaband is now transferred and posted as additional SP (ATS), while Abhishekh Varma has been posted as a SP of Korba.
