New Delhi: The Central government has approved the appointments of Haryana cadre IAS officer Shaleen, IRS officer Amreeta Titus, and ITS officer Mohit Kumar Aggarwal to key positions under the Central Staffing Scheme. The appointments were cleared by the Competent Authority and notified by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on July 27, 2026.
The three officers have been posted to the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), National Health Authority (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) and the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, respectively.
Shaleen Appointed Director in DIPAM
Dr Shaleen (IAS:2012:HY) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme.

His appointment has been approved for five years from the date of assuming charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
He is presently serving in the Haryana government as:
- Director, Tourism
- Special Secretary, Tourism Department
- Managing Director, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Limited
Amreeta Titus Posted to Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission
Ms Titus (IRS-C&IT:2011) has been appointed as Director in the National Health Authority (NHA) – Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) under the Department of Health & Family Welfare.
She was recommended for Central deputation by the Department of Revenue.
Her appointment will be effective from the date she assumes charge and will continue on a co-terminus basis with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, or up to July 3, 2027 (the combined tenure of five years on ex-cadre and Central Staffing Scheme posts), or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Mohit Kumar Aggarwal Joins Ministry of Petroleum
Mr Aggarwal (ITS:2015) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG), Delhi.
Recommended by the Department of Telecommunications, he has been appointed under the Central Staffing Scheme for a four-year tenure or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
