Cherpal (Chhattisgarh): In a major step towards women’s economic empowerment and strengthening rural transport infrastructure, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai distributed Tata Magic passenger vehicles to women associated with the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) under the Aajeevika Gramin Express Yojana (AGEY) during the “Sushasan Tihar 2026” district-level public grievance camp held in village Cherpal.

The initiative aims to promote self-reliance among rural women while improving connectivity in remote villages.

During the event, the Chief Minister handed over keys and flagged off vehicles for eight cluster-level organizations from the Kuakonda and Katekalyan blocks.

The program was organized as part of a public grievance redressal camp under Sushasan Tihar 2026, where beneficiaries received support under various government welfare schemes.

The Chief Minister congratulated the women beneficiaries and reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to strengthening women’s economic independence through sustained livelihood opportunities.
