Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai welcomed and felicitated content creators from across India at the Digital Democracy Dialogue held at the Chief Minister’s residence in Raipur. The event celebrated the creative energy and innovation of young digital influencers contributing to positive change in the state.

CM Sai highlighted the transformative power of digital platforms, noting that a single video or idea can empower citizens, inspire youth, and showcase rural talent to the world.

Digital Platforms as Tools for Change

Speaking at the event, CM Sai emphasized that digital platforms today are more than channels of expression—they are instruments of social impact. He stated:

  • Digital content can help citizens claim their rights
  • Inspire youth to take new directions
  • Highlight the talents of villages and rural communities

He also thanked senior BJP leader and National Executive Member Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and all organizers for their efforts in promoting this meaningful initiative.

  • Recalled Guru Ghasidas Ji’s message of equality, emphasizing truth and non-violence as guiding principles

He also observed that Chhattisgarh, once affected by Naxalism, is rapidly transforming under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and the dedicated security forces.

Showcasing Bastar’s Natural Beauty and Tourism Potential

CM Sai praised Bastar division for its rich natural beauty, waterfalls, dense forests, and tribal culture, attracting tourists from India and abroad. He noted:

  • Dhudmaraas village in Bastar was included in UNESCO’s 20 Best Tourism Destinations in the World
  • Urged content creators to leverage their influence to promote Bastar and Chhattisgarh’s positive image globally
  • Cited an example of social media impact: a video of differently-abled boy Madda Ram from Bastar went viral, prompting cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar to send him a cricket kit

Emerging Positive Image of Chhattisgarh
