New Delhi: Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR), a leading public sector enterprise in India’s intermodal logistics sector, has re-appointed Kedarashish Bapat, R.C. Paul Kanagaraj, and Chesong Terang as Non-Official Part-Time Directors on its board.
The reappointments aim to further enhance CONCOR’s governance and strategic leadership, leveraging the diverse expertise of the appointees in fields ranging from finance and law to engineering.
Kedarashish Bapat, a practicing Chartered Accountant, brings over 25 years of experience in audits, direct taxation, corporate law compliance, and management consulting. His clientele spans both public and private sectors. He also holds certifications in Valuation of Shares and Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD), and is a Physics (Honors) graduate from B.N. College, Patna University.
R.C. Paul Kanagaraj, a distinguished legal professional, has over 34 years of experience as an advocate at the Chennai High Court. He has served in multiple leadership roles, including four terms as President of the Madras High Court Advocates Association, making him a well-regarded figure in the Indian legal community.
Chesong Terang, an engineering professional, holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Assam Engineering College, Gauhati University. His technical background adds valuable insight to CONCOR’s operations in logistics and infrastructure development.
