Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna PSU, is set to display its latest indigenous products and technologies under the theme ‘Innovate. Collaborate. Lead’ at Aero India 2025, beginning February 10 at Air Force Station Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
According to HAL’s Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Dr. D.K. Sunil, the Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) will take centre stage, alongside cutting-edge avionics, mechanical systems, engines, and aerospace solutions developed by HAL’s R&D divisions.
Key Exhibits at HAL Pavilion:
- Indoor Pavilion (HALL-E): LUH, HTT-40 Simulator, scaled models of LCA Mk1A Fighter, LCA Mk1 Trainer, HJT-36, HTT-40, LCH, ALH Mk IV, and Hindustan 228 (including its amphibian variant).
- Outdoor Static Display: LCA Mk1A, HJT-36, HTT-40, LCA Mk1 Trainer, Hindustan 228, Do-228, and LUH.
- Flying Display: Unique LCA Mk1A formation, along with HJT-36, HTT-40, and LUH.
India Pavilion Theme – ‘Flight of Self-Reliance’
The India Pavilion will focus on self-sufficiency in aerospace and defence, featuring:
- Full-scale demonstrator of the Combat Air Teaming System (CATS) Warrior
- Advanced Light Helicopter Next Generation (ALH NG) and Rotary Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (RUAV)
- 1:1 model of the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) (first-time showcase)
- Future technologies and marquee products
Advanced Avionics & Aerospace Innovations
HAL’s pavilion will also feature:
- Mission Management System, Digital Map Generator, Indigenous Communication Complex, IFF & CIT, and Audio Management System
- Flight Control Actuators and Electro-Mechanical Systems, including Active Side Stick Control
- Static models of HTSE-1200 and GTEG-60 engines
- Aerospace corner showcasing Cryogenic Engine CE-20, GSLV Mk III, and Chandrayaan-3 contributions
During Aero India 2025, HAL will actively engage with global defence delegations, sign agreements with business partners, and promote indigenous platforms. With this showcase, HAL reaffirms its role as a leader in India’s aerospace and defence sector.
