Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has ordered the transfer and posting of 16 IAS and 10 HCS officers with immediate effect as part of a major administrative reshuffle. The order was issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi.
The reshuffle involves key departments including Fisheries, Food and Civil Supplies, Urban Local Bodies, Town and Country Planning, Agriculture, Skill Development, Tourism, Housing, Revenue, Excise and Taxation, among others.
Major Postings Among IAS Officers
Several senior IAS officers have been given new responsibilities or additional charges.
- Rajeev Ranjan, Principal Secretary, Labour Department, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Fisheries Department, in addition to his present duties.
- Amneet P Kumar has been posted as Principal Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department; Principal Secretary, Department of Future; and Principal Secretary, Sports Department.
- Shekhar Vidyarthi, Commissioner & Secretary, Women & Child Development Department and Director General, Fire Services, has been posted as Chairman, Haryana State Pollution Control Board, in addition to his present duties.
- J. Ganesan has been posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department; CEO of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for Haryana AI Development Project (HAIDP) and Haryana Clean Air Project for Sustainable Development (HCAPSD); Director General and Secretary, Town & Country Planning; and Director General, Urban Estates, Haryana.
- Ashok Kumar Meena has been posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department and Commissioner & Secretary, Foreign Cooperation Department.
- Chander Shekhar Khare has been posted as Managing Director, HAFED and Director General & Secretary, Housing for All Department.
- Sharandeep Kaur Brar has been posted as Director General & Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department and Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, Haryana.
- Mani Ram Sharma has been posted as Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department and Chief Settlement Commissioner.

- Amit Khatri has been posted as Director, Agriculture; Managing Director, Haryana Seeds Development Corporation; Director and Special Secretary, Archaeology & Museums; and Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Ltd.
- Vinay Pratap Singh has been posted as Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana; Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation; and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation.
- Mukul Kumar has been posted as Chief Administrator, Haryana Shaheri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP); Managing Director, Gurugram Metro Rail Ltd. and Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Ltd.; and Director & Special Secretary, Hospitality Department.
- Sushil Sarwan has been posted as Director & Special Secretary, Development & Panchayats and Managing Director, Haryana State Co-operative Apex Bank Limited.
- Parth Gupta, who is serving as Director, Sports & Special Secretary, Sports Department, Director, Tourism & Special Secretary, Tourism Department and Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Limited, has been posted as Director & Special Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training, in addition to his present duties.
- Anish Yadav has been posted as Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Special Secretary to the Finance Department and Managing Director, Haryana International Horticultural Marketing Corporation.
- Vivek Padam Singh has been posted as Administrator, HSVP, Rohtak and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Rohtak.
10 HCS Officers Also Transferred
The Haryana Government has also ordered the transfer and posting of 10 HCS officers.

- Yogesh Kumar Mehta – Secretary, Haryana Traders Welfare Board and Haryana State Food Commission.
- Nishu Nee Namrata Singal – Additional Director (Admn.), Elementary Education and Additional State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad.
- Virat, OSD to Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana – Controller of Printing & Stationery and Additional Secretary, Printing & Stationery Department, in addition to his present duties.
- Jagdeep Singh – Estate Officer, HSVP, Hisar and Land Acquisition Officer, Hisar.
- Sandeep Aggarwal – Additional Director (Admin), Welfare of SCs & BCs.
- Rakesh Saini – Estate Officer-II, HSVP, Gurugram and Land Acquisition Officer, Gurugram.
- Anupma Malik – Estate Officer-I, HSVP, Gurugram.

The latest Haryana administrative reshuffle places senior officers in charge of several departments and institutions dealing with urban development, agriculture, food supplies, revenue, industrial infrastructure, skill development, transport, education, health, taxation and public-sector corporations.
