The Indian Air Force (IAF) is planning a massive upgrade to replace aging aircraft, boost indigenous manufacturing, and prepare for future warfare challenges.

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has proposed a long-term defence modernisation roadmap worth approximately ₹36 lakh crore (around $430 billion).
