New Delhi: The India Tourism Development Corporation Limited (ITDC) has announced the appointment of Mr. Malay Kumar Singha as a Non-Official Director (NoD) on its Board for a tenure of three years.

The appointment has been made following an Office Memorandum issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and has been disclosed to stock exchanges in compliance with regulatory requirements.

According to the filing submitted under SEC: COORD: 134 dated May 26, 2026, the appointment follows OM No. PSU-6/1/2025-PSU issued on May 25, 2026.
