New Delhi: RITES Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27) on August 4, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial results at its meeting held on Tuesday.
RITES reported steady year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability during the quarter. The company also declared its first interim dividend of Rs 1.40 per share for the financial year 2026-27.

RITES Standalone Q1 FY27 Financial Performance
On a standalone basis, RITES recorded growth across key financial parameters during Q1 FY27 compared with the same quarter of the previous financial year.
- Revenue from Operations: Rs 497.99 crore, up 9.3% from Rs 455.69 crore in Q1 FY26.
- Total Income: Rs 524.75 crore, up 10.3% from Rs 475.87 crore.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rs 97.13 crore, up 8.2% from Rs 89.75 crore.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): Rs 71.80 crore, up 7.7% from Rs 66.65 crore.
- Basic EPS: Rs 1.49, compared with Rs 1.39 in Q1 FY26.
The company’s total expenses stood at Rs 427.62 crore during the quarter. RITES reported a Profit Before Tax of Rs 97.13 crore and a Profit After Tax of Rs 71.80 crore.

RITES Consolidated Q1 FY27 Financial Performance
On a consolidated basis, RITES also reported growth across key financial parameters during the quarter.
- Revenue from Operations: Rs 532.20 crore, up 8.7% from Rs 489.70 crore in Q1 FY26.
- Total Income: Rs 560.68 crore, up 9.6% from Rs 511.68 crore.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rs 130.56 crore, up 7.4% from Rs 121.59 crore.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): Rs 97.78 crore, up 7.6% from Rs 90.89 crore.
- PAT Attributable to Equity Shareholders: Rs 87.21 crore, up 8.9% from Rs 80.10 crore.
- Basic EPS: Rs 1.81, compared with Rs 1.67 in Q1 FY26.
The company’s total consolidated expenses stood at Rs 434.94 crore. Consolidated Profit Before Tax was Rs 130.56 crore, while consolidated Profit After Tax stood at Rs 97.78 crore.
RITES Declares Rs 1.40 Interim Dividend
Along with the Q1 FY27 financial results, the Board of Directors declared the company’s first interim dividend for FY 2026-27.
The dividend details are:
- Interim Dividend: Rs 1.40 per share
- Face Value: Rs 10 per share
- Dividend Rate: 14%
- Record Date: Monday, August 10, 2026
- Payment Date: On or before September 2, 2026
The record date will determine the eligibility of shareholders to receive the interim dividend.
RITES Segment Performance in Q1 FY27
RITES reported the following standalone segment figures during the first quarter of FY27:
- Consultancy – Domestic: Rs 255.83 crore
- Turnkey Construction Projects: Rs 176.40 crore
