New Delhi: Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a state-run warehousing and logistics company under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, reported its highest-ever turnover of ₹3,636.24 crore during FY 2025-26.
The corporation reported strong growth in profitability and declared a total dividend of ₹208.48 crore for FY26. The performance was highlighted during CWC’s 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 25, 2026.
CWC Records Highest-Ever Turnover in FY26
CWC recorded significant growth in its financial performance during FY 2025-26.
- Turnover: ₹3,636.24 crore
- Previous year turnover: ₹2,776.88 crore
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹908.04 crore
- Net Profit: ₹694.94 crore
- Previous year net profit: ₹533.67 crore
The corporation’s turnover increased by around 31 per cent year-on-year, while net profit rose by 30.23 per cent compared with FY25.
The record turnover and profitability marked CWC’s best-ever financial performance.

CWC Declares ₹208.48 Crore Dividend
CWC declared a total dividend of ₹208.48 crore for FY 2025-26.
According to the corporation, the dividend represents:
- 30% of Profit After Tax (PAT)
- 306.50% of fully paid-up equity shares
The dividend declaration reflects the corporation’s financial performance during the year.
CWC Holds 64th Annual General Meeting
The 64th Annual General Meeting of Central Warehousing Corporation was held on September 25, 2026.
During the AGM, the Chairman commended the corporation’s performance and highlighted various initiatives undertaken during FY26 that contributed to the record financial results.
Managing Director Santosh Sinha also highlighted the corporation’s financial performance, noting that CWC achieved its highest-ever turnover during the year.
Strategies Strengthen CWC’s Operational Performance
CWC attributed its improved financial performance to various strategies and initiatives aimed at strengthening its operational capabilities.
The corporation continued to focus on its warehousing and logistics operations while expanding its integrated service network across the country.
The improved turnover and profitability during FY26 underline the growth recorded by CWC across its core operations.
CWC Operates 986 Warehouses Across India
Central Warehousing Corporation has an extensive warehousing and logistics network across the country.
Its infrastructure includes:
- 986 warehouses
- 936 lakh square feet of total storage capacity
- 19 Container Freight Stations (CFSs) and Inland Container Depots (ICDs)
- 18 bonded warehouses
- 25 rail-side warehouses
The network enables CWC to provide integrated warehousing, storage and logistics services to various sectors.
