9 Lakh Government Jobs with Transparent Recruitment
The state government has provided over 9 lakh government jobs in the last nine years through a transparent recruitment process.
Key highlights include:
- 2.19 lakh+ recruitments in the police department
- 1.65 lakh appointments in the education sector
- 53,000+ posts filled through Subordinate Services Selection Commission
- 47,000+ recruitments through Public Service Commission
- Over 500 sportspersons appointed to government positions
Additionally, plans are in place to recruit around 80,000 more police personnel in 2026.

- Number of factories increased from 14,000 (pre-2017) to over 31,000

Officials estimate that total investment proposals worth ₹50 lakh crore could generate over 1 crore future job opportunities.

- 18.55 lakh women identified as “Lakhpati Didis”
- Over 1 crore women linked to Self Help Groups (SHGs)
- 64.34 lakh women farmers integrated into agricultural livelihood programs
- BC Sakhi scheme expanding financial inclusion and rural employment
These efforts are helping women become financially independent and active contributors to the state’s economy.
