CM Yogi Adityanath Holds Janta Darshan, Orders Time-Bound Resolution of Public Grievances in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted the Janta Darshan programme at his official residence, 5 Kalidas Marg, where he personally listened to grievances of people arriving from various districts across the state.

The Chief Minister emphasized that resolving public issues in a timely, transparent, and effective manner remains the top priority of the government.

CM Reviews Complaints and Issues Strict Instructions to Officials

During the interaction, Yogi Adityanath heard complaints related to personal, social, revenue, and police matters. He instructed officials to ensure time-bound resolution of all cases and warned that negligence would not be tolerated.

He specifically directed that complaints must not remain pending and that officials must inform complainants once their issues are resolved.

‘No Delay in Resolution,’ Says Chief Minister

The Chief Minister stressed that there should be no delay or negligence in addressing grievances. He instructed that officials must act with sensitivity and ensure prompt action on every case.

He also advised people to first approach district-level officers for their problems to avoid unnecessary hardship, especially during extreme heat conditions.

Public Appeal to Use Local Administrative Channels First

Addressing attendees, the Chief Minister asked whether they had approached local officials before coming to Lucknow. Many responded negatively, prompting him to encourage citizens to first raise their concerns at the district level.

He assured that all genuine complaints would be heard and resolved appropriately at every level of administration.

CM Shows Affection to Children at Janta Darshan

In a warm gesture, the Chief Minister interacted with children who accompanied their families. He distributed chocolates and blessed them, creating a cheerful atmosphere during the programme. A child’s smile while receiving chocolate became a highlight of the event.

Administrative Focus on Accountability and Speedy Action

Officials present at the programme were instructed to handle every grievance with sensitivity and urgency. The Chief Minister reiterated that providing immediate relief to the needy is a key responsibility of the administration.

He also urged officials to ensure that citizens receive clear updates regarding the status of their complaints.

Commitment to Public Service Reaffirmed

The Janta Darshan programme once again reflected the government’s focus on direct public engagement and grievance redressal. The Chief Minister reaffirmed that public service and responsive governance remain central to the state’s administrative approach.
