Bhopal: In a significant move toward strengthening Madhya Pradesh’s technology ecosystem, officials of Bengaluru-based Genaani.ai company met Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav at the Mantralaya on Monday and expressed interest in investing in the state’s Information Technology (IT) sector.

The delegation highlighted opportunities in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven solutions across governance and public service delivery.

Genaani AI Expresses Investment Intent in Madhya Pradesh

During the meeting, the company representatives conveyed their intention to invest in Madhya Pradesh’s IT and AI sector. They emphasized that the state offers strong potential for the implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions across multiple departments.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav welcomed the interest but advised the company to submit a detailed project proposal and clear roadmap for consideration. He assured that the state government would extend full support for genuine investment proposals.

The high-level meeting was attended by senior officials, including:

  • Neeraj Mandloi, Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister’s Office)
  • M. Selvendram, Principal Secretary, IT Department
  • Anant Nagaraj, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Genaani.ai
  • Colonel Adish Wabumkar (Retd.), Head of AI Transformation (Public Sector), Genaani.ai

The presence of top government and company officials underlined the importance of the proposed collaboration.

AI Applications Proposed Across Key Sectors

The Genaani.ai team presented its vision for deploying artificial intelligence solutions across various government departments in Madhya Pradesh. The proposed areas of implementation include:

  • Agriculture
  • Health
  • Forest
  • Rural Development
  • Revenue Department

The company stated that AI models could significantly improve efficiency in governance and enhance citizen service delivery systems across the state.

Focus on Efficiency and Digital Transformation

According to the company, its AI-based models can be effectively integrated into both government and private sector systems. Genaani.ai operates at national and international levels, offering technology solutions aimed at digital transformation and process automation.

The proposed collaboration is expected to support Madhya Pradesh’s broader goal of becoming a hub for emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and data-driven governance.

State Government’s Vision for Tech Investment

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reiterated that the state is open to technology-driven investments and innovation. He emphasized that Madhya Pradesh welcomes companies willing to contribute to digital growth, provided they bring structured plans and actionable proposals.

The government aims to strengthen its IT ecosystem and improve public services through partnerships in advanced technologies like AI.
