CCL Reaffirms Commitment to Workplace Safety and Employee Welfare at 36th Tripartite Safety Meeting

Ranchi: The 36th Tripartite Safety Meeting of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) was successfully held, reaffirming the company’s unwavering commitment to workplace safety, occupational health, and employee welfare. The meeting brought together representatives from the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS), CCL management, and members of the CCL Safety Board, fostering a collaborative platform for strengthening safety standards across all mining operations.

Labour Representatives Lead Discussion on Safety Reforms

The session was chaired by Mr. Lakhan Lal Mahto, Member, CCL Safety Board, and conducted under the chairmanship of labour representatives—a hallmark of CCL’s tradition of participative and inclusive safety governance. During the meeting, participants held detailed discussions on enhancing existing safety mechanisms, adopting modern technologies for risk management, and implementing proactive preventive measures to ensure a zero-accident work environment.
