Raipur: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, the Chhattisgarh Cabinet has begun a two-day ‘Chintan Shivir 3.0’ (introspection and training camp) at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur. The camp, scheduled for July 4 and 5, aims to strengthen governance, innovation, and long-term development strategies for the state.
Organised by the Department of Good Governance and Convergence in collaboration with IIM Raipur, the initiative focuses on making governance more efficient, innovation-driven, and result-oriented under the vision of a “Developed Chhattisgarh.”
Focus on Future-Ready Governance and ‘Developed Chhattisgarh’ Vision
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said that in a rapidly changing world, governance must continuously evolve through learning, self-assessment, and future-oriented planning.
He emphasized that the camp will serve as a key platform for dialogue between ministers and national experts, enabling experience-sharing and improved policy formulation.

The first day of the camp features sessions by several national-level experts and speakers.

- Abhay Karandikar on emerging technologies and future governance systems
- Policy expert Dr. Ramesh Chand on agriculture, rural economy, and future agricultural strategies

Second Day to Begin with Yoga Session and Expert Talks
The second day of the camp will begin with a yoga session, followed by discussions with prominent experts and public figures.
