Focus on Good Governance and Direct Public Feedback

Officials are instructed to collect public feedback during these camps, which is then used to guide administrative action and improve governance efficiency.

Strict Warning Against Misconduct by Officials

In his address, the Chief Minister issued a strong warning to government officials regarding misconduct and negligence. He stated that any form of misbehavior with the public will not be tolerated and will be investigated thoroughly.

He added that strict disciplinary action will be taken against those found guilty, reinforcing the government’s commitment to accountability and transparent administration.

Administrative Oversight and Action-Oriented Governance

The Chief Minister reiterated that the state government is actively monitoring departments to ensure effective implementation of public welfare schemes. He highlighted that technical education institutions are also being strengthened and that infrastructure development in the education sector remains a priority.

He further emphasized that the government is working to ensure that every eligible citizen benefits from state schemes through proactive governance and continuous field engagement.

The Durg “Sushasan Tihar” event reflects the Chhattisgarh government’s broader governance model focused on direct outreach, infrastructure development, and administrative accountability. With ₹737 crore worth of projects launched and a strong emphasis on grievance redressal, the initiative aims to strengthen public service delivery across the district and the state.
