The Department of Personnel and training has approved the appeal by IAS officer Balpreet Singh regarding inter cadre transfer from Kerala to Haryana. He is 2019 batch IAS officer from Kerala cadre whose native place is Haryana. He was serving on the post of Sub-Collector Pallakad District. Under rule 5(2) of the IAS Cadre Rules, 1954, Dr. Balpreet Singh is being transferred from Kerala to Haryana cadre due to his marriage with 2017 Batch IPS officer from Haryana cadre, Upasana. Government of Kerala and Haryana bothhave agreed on this subject.
