Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala, now Keralam, government on Monday issued fresh posting orders for eight IAS officers belonging to the 2023 and 2024 batches, appointing them as Sub Collectors in various Revenue Divisions across the state.
The postings cover several important administrative centres, including Kollam, Thrissur, Thiruvalla, Alappuzha, Thiruvananthapuram, Thalassery, Perinthalmanna and Kottayam.

2023 and 2024 Batch Officers Get Field-Level Responsibilities
The latest orders place young IAS officers in key field-level administrative assignments as Sub Collectors. The Revenue Divisions are important units of district administration, with Sub Collectors handling a range of responsibilities related to revenue administration and coordination of government functions at the sub-divisional level.
Among the officers, S. Mohana Priya and Sakshi Mohan belong to the 2023 batch, while the remaining six officers listed in the order are from the 2024 batch.
The postings will give the young officers direct exposure to field administration and district-level governance across different parts of Kerala.
