Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has launched the ‘Hum Honge Kaamyaab 2.0’ web portal aimed at connecting youth with employment, skill training, and career guidance. The launch took place during the Su-Governance Festival (Sushasan Tihar) camp held at Karhibazar village in Balodabazar-Bhatapara district.
Calling it an innovative initiative by the district administration, the Chief Minister urged young people to register on the platform in large numbers and take advantage of its services.
One-Stop Platform for Jobs, Training and Career Guidance
The ‘Hum Honge Kaamyaab 2.0’ portal has been designed as a single digital platform where youth can access:
- Job vacancies and employer listings
- Skill training programmes
- Career counselling and guidance
- Self-employment support information
The portal allows users to apply directly for jobs based on their qualification and interest, without agents or paperwork.
It currently includes:
- 468 registered youth
- 513 job vacancies
- 21 training trades available
CM Highlights Focus on Skill Development and Self-Reliance
Chief Minister Sai said the government is prioritising skill development, employment, and self-employment to make youth self-reliant.
He also highlighted ongoing state schemes such as:
- Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan
- Mukhyamantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana
- Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana
He encouraged youth to register on the portal and benefit from the government’s employment ecosystem.
Direct Connection Between Employers and Job Seekers
The platform also enables employers to directly connect with eligible candidates.
Key features include:
- Direct employer–candidate interaction
- Vacancy postings from industries and departments
- Inclusion of out-of-state job opportunities
- Faster recruitment without intermediaries
Officials said companies, including cement plants and other industries, have already listed hundreds of vacancies on the portal.
Focus on Transparency and Protection from Fraud
The portal has been integrated with government departments and industrial organisations to ensure transparency in job-related information.
It is also designed to protect youth from cyber fraud and fake job offers by centralising verified employment data on a single platform.
Free Career Guidance and Digital Access
Youth from Class 8 pass to higher education levels can access:
- Free career counselling from experts
- Information on competitive exam coaching
- Skill-based job matching
- One-click job application system
The platform aims to eliminate paperwork and make employment services fully digital and accessible.
