The organization received a Memento of Appreciation for donating ₹7.17 crore to the Indian Red Cross Society over the financial years 2023–24, 2024–25, and 2025–26.

The memento was formally presented on April 16, 2026, at Raj Bhavan, Gandhinagar, by Gujarat Governor Acharya Devvrat to Jitendra Kumar, Deputy General Manager (CSR), NTPC WR-I HQ, Mumbai.
