Nagpur: Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Nagpur to enhance leadership development and build a future-ready workforce. The agreement, signed on 29 July 2026, aims to provide advanced Executive Development Programmes (EDPs) for WCL’s senior and middle-level executives, strengthening their strategic, managerial and leadership capabilities.
The collaboration marks another significant step in WCL’s efforts to invest in human resource development and prepare its executives to meet evolving industry challenges.

Under the MoU, IMT Nagpur will design and deliver state-of-the-art Executive Development Programmes (EDPs) for WCL executives.
