The Assam government on Thursday (01.04.2022) relieved three IAS officers from additional charges while another was given additional charge.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- 1992 batch IAS officer Dr. Ashish Kumar Bhutani (AM), Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture, A H & Veterinary Departments and State Project Director, ARIAS Society, Agriculture Production Commissioner, Assam & Chairman, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-III Posts is relieved from the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, A H & Veterinary Department.
- 2003 batch IAS officer Jayant Narlikar (AM), Commissioner & Secretary, Finance, Sports & Youth Welfare and Information Technology Departments, Commissioner, Lower Assam Division & Member, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts is relieved from the additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, Information Technology Department. Further, he has been given additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, A H & Veterinary Department.
- Rituraj Bora (IAS-SCS:2010), Secretary, Cooperation & Cultural Affairs Departments & MD, Housefed is relieved from the additional charge of Secretary, Cultural Affairs Department.
- 2012 batch IAS officer Ghanshyam Dass (AM), Secretary, Personnel Department has been given additional charge of Secretary, Information Technology Department.
