Jabalpur: The Madhya Pradesh government and judiciary have taken a major step toward digital transformation of the justice system with the launch of multiple new technology-driven platforms at a high-profile event in Jabalpur.
The programme was attended by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Supreme Court Chief Justice Surya Kant, Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, and several other top judicial dignitaries.
The initiative aims to make the justice system faster, more transparent, and more accessible for citizens through integrated digital platforms.

The event, titled “Fragmentation of Fusion: Empowering Justice via United Digital Platform Integration,” highlighted India’s shift toward technology-driven governance.

Chief Justice Surya Kant stressed the need for an integrated and continuous justice delivery system.

- Courts should move toward 24×7 accessibility
- Police, courts, prisons, forensic, and medical systems must be integrated
- Digital platforms can reduce delays in justice delivery

Major Digital Platforms Launched by Madhya Pradesh High Court
The Madhya Pradesh High Court introduced several advanced digital systems, including:
- CLASS (Courtroom Live Audio-Visual Streaming System) for live hearings
- New High Court Portal for orders, bail applications, and documents
- “PRATHAM” AI-based data management system
- Digital certified copy automation system
- Online criminal justice system for prisoner release processes
- “Sanket Vani” app for speech and hearing-impaired citizens
- “Jyoti Journal 2.0” judicial software
These platforms aim to simplify legal processes and improve transparency.
Faster Justice Delivery Through Technology Integration
Experts and judges noted that the new systems will:
- Reduce delays in court proceedings
- Improve coordination between departments
- Enable real-time case tracking
- Enhance accessibility for citizens
- Support paperless judicial functioning
