BECIL Signs MoU with C-DAC to Boost AI, ML, IoT and 5G Innovation for India’s Digital Transformation

New Delhi: Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) to strengthen India’s digital transformation journey. The collaboration aims to promote innovation and development in emerging technology sectors across the country.

MoU Signed by Senior Leadership of BECIL and C-DAC

The agreement was formally signed by Capt. (IN) Saurav Chauhan (Retd), Director (O&M) at BECIL, and Niranjan Vaishnav, Registrar at C-DAC. The signing marks a significant step toward strategic cooperation between the two technology-driven organisations.

Focus on Emerging Technologies: AI, ML, IoT and 5G

Under this partnership, BECIL and C-DAC will jointly work on multiple high-impact areas, including:

  • Implementation of advanced technology projects
  • Consultancy and technical support services
  • Capacity building and skill development initiatives
  • Development of innovative digital solutions

The collaboration will primarily focus on cutting-edge domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), and 5G technologies.

Strengthening India’s Digital Infrastructure and Innovation Ecosystem

The MoU is expected to accelerate the deployment of advanced digital solutions and enhance innovation across sectors. It will also contribute to building a strong, secure, and future-ready digital ecosystem in India, supporting the country’s broader digital growth ambitions.
